Original owner -- Jesse Nalle. Subsequent owner -- Owen Wister, novelist of “The Virginian”. Plot size -- 8 1/2 acres in 1913. Original architect -- William L. Price in 1898. Entrance door done by MM&H in 1924. Extant and extensively altered.
