Original architect George Bispham Page in 1906/1907. Additions by Stewardson & Page in 1912 under McKean and S&P in 1925 by Robinson. Part of 105 acres, Shakespeare property in 1900, and part of acreage in 1853 was “Ashmead” of Dr. Edward Pease.
