New York’s debutantes lost another of their best “prospectives” when it was revealed that Elliot Roosevelt, son of Governor Franklin D. Roosevelt of New York, was engaged to marry Miss Elizabeth B. Donner, daughter of William H. Donner of Philadelphia, PA. The newly engaged couple are seen above in the Donner home in Philadelphia on October 31st.
