The Willows is also known as Rosegarland or Maral Brook. Original owner -- John Sinnott, 1879-1924. Profession was with Moore & Sinnott. Subsequent Owners included Clement Griscom III, 1925; Simon Newman, 1934; Clarence Geist for Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Zantzinger, 1936; and Radnor Twp., 1972. Plot size is 47 1/2 acres. Original architect was C.B. Keen. Subsequent architect was Kneedler, Mirick & Zantzinger in 1947. Home included 30 rooms, 5 baths, a garage, a stable, and kennels when it was sold in 1924.
