Thursday January 11, 2007, 7:30 PM at the Winsor Room, Radnor Memorial Library
Hear local author Dayton Lummis regale us with stories from his new book: When Earl Was King Neptune: From the New York Island to the Everlasting Hills of Pennsylvania 1936-2006. The book is about the life and times of the author, and he will relate stories (and perhaps some gossip) about the Main Line in the 1930s and 1940s.  In addition, Dayton will share his thoughts on life and prejudice in the Philadelphia suburbs, and will present a travelogue.  Dayton is a very engaging speaker, so this should be an interesting and entertaining evening. The snow date is January 25 at the same time.
