Black and white photo of the exterior front of the home known as Lainshaw. A dirt road driveway approaches the home. People seated on the steps of the home are dressed in late nineteenth style.

Original owner -- W.W. Montgomery, Subsequent owner -- Edward B. Halsey. Plot size -- 22 acres in 1900, 8.5 acres in 1913. Original architect ---Furness, Evans in 1878.
