Notes
Original owner -- F. Warren Marshall (1882-1956), graduated form University of PA in 1905, married Elizabeth LeBoutillier, and worked at F.W. Marshall & Co., 615 Penona Bldg (ironworks). Subsequent owners -- Warren Ingersoll and then Eastern College. Plot size -- 7 acres. Original architect -- Tilden, Register & Pepper in 1928.
