From the type-written label: "Looking north from near Windermere and Louella Avenues about 1890. This view covers the same territory as the one on the preceding page, except that it is in the opposite direction. The Louella Mansion can be plainly seen in the background, with St. Mary's Church and rectory, newly finished, in the center. In the foreground near St. Mary's Church is the old pumping station that once supplied Wayne with water. It was removed in the early '90s. The street running across the foreground is Windermere Avenue."
