Black and whit photo of a brick building with tall windows on the second floor and many dormer windows on the third floor. First floor entrance area is flanked by a window on each side, each with an awning. A two-story garage us next to this building. Beyond some buildings to the left of the main building one can see the towers of Wayne Presbyterian Church. A sign in front of one of the awnings says “Plumbing.”
