Original owner -- Ledyard Hecksher (1872-1951), Princeton -- 1894, married Ethel Hart in 1899 who died in 1936. Then married Martha Nelson Green. subsequent owners -- Roy J. McKee, then St. Martin’s Church. Plot size -- 8 2/3 acres. Original architect -- 18th century farmhouse altered in 1901 by Dubring Okie & Ziegler and again in 1912.
